James Gonzalez, director of program operations at the Coalition, joined Mandy Chapman Semple, former Special Assistant for Homeless Initiatives in the Houston Mayor's office, on a recent episode of "The Takeaway" to discuss Houston's implementation of the Housing First model and how it's helping decrease homelessness across the region.
