These dashboards provide a public look at key data points from Houston's local homeless response system, The Way Home. Designed to be accessible and easy to navigate, the dashboards offer a snapshot of metrics that help illustrate how the system functions and its outcomes.

The data is updated monthly to reflect the most current available information. Over time, additional pages and data categories will be added to offer a broader view of the system’s work and impact.

These dashboards are one way CFTH supports transparency and helps community members, partners, and stakeholders better understand the landscape of homelessness in our area.
